Refund policy

We want you to love your Lunhae ritual. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

 

How to start a return: Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Non-returnable items: Opened cosmetics or skincare, gift cards, and final-sale items.
